"Dear Mike, Kaye and I would like to express our appreciation to you for introducing us to Murray and your assistance today in establishing the review of our Will. We appreciate that it was a service that you were not obliged to provide, but you did so because that is the type of person you are, and the person we have come to respect, trust and call a friend. We were both impressed with Murray as both a professional and caring person and feel comfortable with him addressing one of our most important phases in life.
